3. Units with conditions may also provide one year of maternity leave for female employees with only one child, including the maternity leave, and pay their wages during the leave, but do not issue the parental reward fund.

Regulation on the Protection of Labor for Female Employees: Units where female employees have under-one-year-old infants shall provide them with two breastfeeding (including artificial feeding) periods during each working shift, lasting for 30 minutes each.

For twin births, each additional infant increases the duration of breastfeeding by 30 minutes.

As for the nursing leave period stipulated by national laws, Article 9 of the Labor Protection Regulations for Female Employees stipulates that female employees with infants under one year old shall be given two nursing (including artificial feeding) periods during each working shift, thirty minutes each time.

If multiple births are given, the nursing time will be increased by 30 minutes for each additional baby that is breastfed.

The two breastfeeding times for female employees during each working time can be used together.

For working mothers who have given birth to twins and above, they can take a one-year post-natal rest, and their salary other than maternity leave is paid at 80% of their basic salary.
